HIGH PRESSURE HYDRAULIC FILTER

High pressure hydraulic filters, being an especially sensitive part in different industries, are designed and manufactured in this company according to customer’s specifications. Resistance of these filters is between 100 to 250 bar, keeping back particles from 3 to 10 microns. Their primary pressure drop is 15% and the final pressure drop is 20%. These types of filters are applied in steel, copper, petrochemical, oil and other bigger industries.

LOW PRESSURE HYDRAULIC FILTERS

Low pressure hydraulic filters, being an especially sensitive part in different industries, are designed and manufactured in this company according to customer’s specifications. Resistance of these filters is between 5 to 100 bar, keeping back particles from 3 to 25 microns. Their primary pressure drop is 15% and the final pressure drop is 20%.
These types of filters are applied in steel, copper, petrochemical, oil and other bigger industries.

STAINLESS STEEL FILTERS

As the name of the filter type reveals, it has a filtering part consisting of stainless steel of quality 316, being used for filtering of oil for lubrication purposes. If used for acids and other chemicals, all parts of the filter are manufactured from stainless steel.
It keeps back particles from 10 to 100 microns.
These kind of filters are used in all bigger industries and are manufactured to the size and specifications required by the customer.

BODY FILTER (RESERVOIR FILTER)

These body filters are manufactured of stainless steel of quality 316 or ordinary steel. The resistance and the quality of the material depend on customer’s requirements. Generally these body filters are designed and manufactured for a pressure higher than 150 bar. These filters are applied in all bigger industries.

ACID PROOF FILTERS

Acid proof filters are generally made of hard propylene and industrial PVC, being capable of holding back particles from 10 to 100 microns. These kinds of filters are used in steel, petrochemical, oil, gas, chemical and many other industries.
These types of filters are manufactured in various shapes and sizes.

AIR FILTERS

These filters generally called dry air filters have a filtering part of cellulose, keeping back particles form 10 to 25 microns from the passing air. Efficiency of these filters varies according to the different climate conditions.
The most important part of our manufacturing activity is related to manufacturing of these types of filters of different shapes and sizes for different machines and equipment of power stations and bigger industries.
Cellulose filters are used in all kind of industries.

WASHABLE PRELIMINARY FILTERS

Usually these kinds of filters are used at the first stage of filtration. These have a frame of galvanised steel sheet or aluminum, with a filtering part consisting of aluminum mesh with graded openings. These filters can hold back particles from 1 to 2 mm and more, floating in the incoming air.
The first pressure drop due to these preliminary filters is 10 to 20 pascal at an air flow of 3.400 m3/h. These filters are produced in different shapes and sizes are applied in steel, copper, petrochemical, oil, automotive, tire and tube and many other industries.

SACK TYPE FILTERS AND PRELIMINARY FILTERS

These filters are manufactured in many different shapes and sizes and are generally made of polyester propylene. Sack type and preliminary filters are capable to hold back particles of 5 micron and bigger, floating in the air.
These kind of filters are used in cement, plastic (tire and tube), petrochemical, steel, powder producing and many other industries.

STRAINER FILTERS

Strainer filters, consisting of stainless steel quality 316, are generally used in (circulating) water flow, holding back particles of 1mm and bigger. This kind of strainer filters are manufactured in different shapes and sizes and are applied in steel, copper, petrochemical, oil and chemical industries.
